323 Walnut's New Addition

This home is now essentially complete. Unfortunately I have not had a chance to post many pictures, so now I’ll try to catch up. As I mentioned in the prior post, this home a rear addition with a very low ceiling. The addition was completely rebuilt, and now includes a beautifully renovated new bathroom, a new Energy Star washer & dryer, and a pantry for the adjacent kitchen.

Work on 323 Walnut Begins

This home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The main bathroom had a very low ceiling so it’s being completely rebuilt! The house also includes a detached garage, which is accessible via an alley. The yard has a great place for a garden. Ashwood Enterprises, the general contractor for 512 Cherokee and 416 Race Street, is also renovating this home.
